VISITING GRADUATE STUDENT LECTURE "I Do It For Them": Teammate Bonds and Constructed Brotherhood Tracie Canada, Ph.D. Student, Department of Anthropology, University of Maryland In this lecture, Tracie Canada will discuss the naturalized football brotherhood that Black College players create through meaningfully enacted everyday activities with their sporting peers.  She argues that this form of relatedness is established originally through participation in football, but develops on its own to transcend the sport itself.
